I thought I’d take a stab at presenting the various travel tips that I’ve received ahead of my trip. I give credit where credit is due. Last names are omitted to protect the innocent.
I’ll be updating this page on an on-going basis.

We enjoyed reading your first posting. Spent yesterday morning and this morning working in your yard. There was a showing this morning while we were there. Seems to be lots of messages on your phone. Can we access and delete? Ryan had a call about your car. Haven’t heard from Tom. Love you. Mom

We are having summer-like weather all this week. Jack and Cathy were here on Tues and Wed. Cathy used your internet as she had a problem connecting at our house. Dad and I cleaned out your fridge this afternoon. DO NOT ask us to do that again. What a job!! We did enjoy one of your pizzas this evening! We are hoping that all goes well with inspection; haven’t heard when that will be, but it will be before apr. 30. Hope you are having a great time at the beach. Take care. Mom

sounds like you are having a good time. I am heading to G-town to have lights fixed on the Subaru. Wouldn’t pass safety without. Cost of about $450 (dealer wanted $800). Will get money from you when I have amount. Eric really wants the car and is waiting to finalize the deal today. Will cut your grass this afternoon. We are taking your futon as Lindsay doesn’t want it. Will arrange for inspection of furnace as condition of sale. Dad and I are up to cottage this weekend to turn on water and get some things for the Grew before taking it to Rousseau to trade. Where are some pictures?? Love you. Mom

Hey Shane, It’s me Lizzyt and belated birthday wishes. Your photos are superb and I’m really enjoying your bloging.I met a new guy recently with a ‘72 slate blue fiat convertible with tan interior-what a sweet ride. Yesterday,June 16, there was snow and golf ball size hail in the big smoke of King City. The Mississauga Waterfront Festival, on the weekend featured Colin James band-rock, blues,swing,etc.-phenominal on many guitars.Do you enjoy the eastern intruments and music that you’re hearing? How hot has the weather been there? All the weather crisises that have been happening there is sort of scary. How have you been keeping track of all of it. I’m glad you’re safe!My mom graduated from her Brain Fitness program and Chartwell Residence put on a big graduation ceremony with diplomas, personal photos, champagne, a great spread of food and a harpist. She was very pleased with herself. All of this is really pretty small potatoes compared to what you’re doing, good for you, what an adventure, hugs for now and continue to take care of you, Lizzyt
